I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience in working with adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma and loss. I have worked in a variety of settings, including home-based therapy and outpatient therapy. I have specialized knowledge in working with adoption and trauma. Other issues I address include: anxiety, depression, grief, loss, family issues, self-esteem, parenting, stress management, behavioral challenges, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. I am trained in Level 1 and 2 of Brainspotting. I also enjoy doing walk-and-talk sessions!
Life is a journey and can be challenging at times. I believe people benefit from having someone who can help them navigate life's challenges. I provide a safe and supportive environment in which the client can process and navigate those challenges. I provide a client-centered approach and work to tailor the sessions based on the client’s needs and strengths. I strive to help clients identify their strengths and build upon them to help them through life’s challenging times.
