I graduated from IUPUI with my Bachelor's in Social Work in May 2004. I earned my Master's in Social Work in 2005. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in working with adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma and loss. I have worked in a variety of settings, including home-based therapy and outpatient therapy. I have specialized knowledge in working with adoption and trauma. Other issues I address include: family issues, parenting, stress management, parent/child relationships, behavioral challenges and relationship/marriage issues. I am trained in Theraplay Level One and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).
Life is a journey and can be challenging at times. I believe people benefit from having someone who can help them navigate life's challenges. I strive to help clients identify their strengths and build upon them to help them through those challenging times.
