Sarah Richardson, LMHC

I am a licensed mental health counselor and earned my Bachelor's of science degree in psychology from Purdue University. I earned my Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Ball State University. I strive to help individuals navigate these times in their lives and emerge feeling hopeful and confident. My approach to therapy is very client centered and strength based. I encourage the individual to create their own goals for therapy that we can work on together. It is my goal to help you build insight, identify strengths, and develop skills to help you live a happy healthy life.

I specialize in the areas of addictions and trauma in adults. Along with those areas, I also work with depression, anxiety, life adjustment, parenting struggles, thought disorders, mood disorders, grief and loss, and relationship issues. Prior to private practice, I have experience working in inpatient and extended experience in community mental health.
